Nat Smith
Born and raised in London, England, I grew up in a vibrant and diverse musical culture, and by 14 I had become obsessed with music and guitars. At that time I knew I had found my calling. Since then I’ve bought, sold, and repaired hundreds of guitars from the economical to the high-end vintage, and my passion for my craft remains the main driving force in my life.
Having spent years learning to repair my own guitars in my collection, in 2010 I moved to America to seek formal training, and ended up studying luthiery first as a private student of Josh Humphrey of JBH Guitars, and later at the legendary Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery in Arizona.
Since graduating Roberto-Venn in 2012 I have done independent Guitar repair work in London, The SF Bay Area, and now Eugene, Oregon - my new forever home.
